CMX: BOD resolution dated April 17, 2023 The Board resolution dated April 17, 2023, the BOD of Camimex Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:
1) Approved the bond public offering with the total value of VND300,000,000,000.
2) Approved the plan to use capital from the bond public offering.
3) Approved the transaction regulated in the agreements, contracts and documents related to the company’s bond.
4) Approved the registration of bond in Vietnam Securities Depository and listed bond in Vietnam Stock Exchange and/or subsidiaries that bond is listed or exchanged according to the regulations.
5) Approved the authorization to Chairman of the BOD or General Director:
a) To decide the issues related to the offering plan
b) To process the dossier to the public offering bonds
c) To decide the method to use the money from the public offering bonds
d) To decide the list of the investors in bond
e) To decide and organize the necessary dossiers for bonds to be registered and be listed
f) To decide the purchase of bonds ahead of time according to the repurchase of bonds
g) To decide and implement the appropriate actions regarding the law, company charter, the transaction dossiers and resolutions for all the process related to the public offering bonds. HOSE
