SGR: Resolution on AGM 2023

     On April 01, 2023, Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the fiscal year 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

1)      Approving the business result in 2022:

-          Total investment:  284 billion dongs

-          Revenue:               654 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:   215.3 billion dongs

2)      Approving the business plan for 2023:

-          Total investment:  2,340 billion dongs

-          Revenue:               906 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:   315 billion dongs

-          Dividend: 20%

3)      Approving the report from the Supervisory Board in 2022.

4)      Approving the report from the BOD in 2022.

5)      Approving the profit distribution in 2022:

-          Profit after tax of 2022:                                       215,976,167,246 dongs

-          Dividend (10%/charter capital):                             60,000,000,000 dongs

-          Reward and Welfare fund (2%)                           4.307.587.881 dongs

-          Remaining profit of 2022 after the distribution:   151,071,806,191 dongs.

-          Payment time: expected in Q3.2023.
