ACL: Resolution on the AGM in 2023

On April 12, 2023, Cuu Long Fish Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2023 to approve the following contents:

1. The AGM approved the business result in 2022 and business plan in 2023:
1. Business result in 2022:

-          Net revenue:             1,167 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:      134,7 billion dongs

2. Business plan in 2023:

-          Net revenue:             1,300 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:      80 billion dongs

2. The AGM approved report of the BOD activities in 2022 and plan for 2023.
3. The AGM approved report of the Supervisory activities in 2022 and plan for 2023.
4. The AGM approved the remaining profit in 2022.
5. The AGM approved the dividend payment plan in 2023: 5%.
6. The AGM approved the audited financial statement in 2022.
7. The AGM approved the selection of the auditors for auditing the financial statement in 2023.
8. The AGM approved the transactions, agreements with related parties.
9. The AGM approved the draft contracts with the major shareholders and those related to major shareholders.
10. The AGM approved the re-election of members of the BOD, Supervisory Board in the IV term 2023-2027.
