MCG: Signing an agreement with related party

The Board resolution dated March 30, 2023, the Board of Directors of MCG Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved to joint venture with Thien Nam Asset Management Joint Stock Company to sign the agreement with HTC Global Joint Stock Company for the project in Van Tu village, Phu Xuyen district, Ha Noi city.
