DHM: Divestment at Northtaxi

The Board resolution dated March 29, 2023, the BOD of Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company approved to withdraw 49% contributed capital in North Taxi Company Limited (Northtaxi). Accordingly, the transfer this contributed capital to Mr. Lương Văn Trúc (related person to Mrs. Nguyen Thi Dung – Chief Executive Officer).
