On March 30, 2023, KIDO Group Corporation announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders in form of collecting shareholders’ written opinions to approve the schedule to implement the stock issuance under ESOP and stock issuance for capital increase from the owner’s equity. Details are as follows:

-          Stock issuance under ESOP will be implemented before the stock issuance for capital increase from the owner’s equity.

-          Stock issuance for capital increase from the owner’s equity will be postponed.
