VFG: Approved the contents of AGM 2023

The Board resolution dated March 21, 2023, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company approved the proposals to submit to the Annual General Meeting 2023 with details as follows:

1)      Report of the BOD in 2022 and plan for 2023;

2)      Audited financial statements in 2022;

3)      Report of the Supercvisory Board activities in 2022 and the term 2018-2022;

4)      Profit distribution in 2022;

5)      Business and investment plan in 2023;

6)      Remuneration and reward of the BOD, Supervisory Board and the Executive Board in 2023;

7)      Supplement business line;

8)      Credit limit;

9)      Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2023;

10)  Provisions on election of the members of BOD, the Supervisory Board in 2023;

11)  Nomination list of the members of BOD and the Supervisory Board for the term 2023-2027.
