1. Approving to appoint Mr. Nguyen Le Toan Thang as Deputy CEO as from February 01, 2023.
2. Approving approved to pay for the first phase of 2022 dividend in cash:

-   Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share).
