-        Owning volume of APH in PBAT before trading: 8,400,000 shares, accounting for 28.38% charter capital of PBAT

-        Transfer volume: 8,400,000 shares

-        Trading form:

+ To transfer 5,300,000 shares, accounting for 17.91% charter capital of PBAT to An Phat Bioplastics Joint Stock Company.

+ To transfer 3,100,000 shares, accounting for 10.47% charter capital of PBAT to Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company.

-        Expected owning volume of APH in PBAT after trading: 0 share, accounting for 0% charter capital of PBAT.
