-          Payment date: October 27, 2022

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 4.1%/ par value (VND410/ share)

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share – 01 vote)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Viet Nam Rubber Group - Joint Stock Company.
