CRC: Information on stock dividend payment

On September 30, Create Capital Viet Nam Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CRC) sent an official document to the State Securities Commission, Hochiminh Stock Exchange and shareholders. as planned, CRC will carry out the issuance and offering of shares at the same time, and the dividend payment will be completed by October 09, 2022. However, CRC cannot ensure the payment time for dividend 20221 due to the dossier of public offering under review by the State Securities Commission.

CRC commits to make the payment of dividend 2021 as planned by the General Meeting of Shareholders right after the State Securities Commission approves.
