The Board resolution dated August 25, 2022, the BOD of Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company approved to transfer of shares of Dai Loc Housing Development Joint Stock Company to CRV Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company. Details are as follows:

-          Transfer volume: 181,990,000 shares, accounting for 99.989% total shares of Dai Loc Housing Development Joint Stock Company.

-          Time for transfer and payment: before September 30, 2022.
