1. Approving the resignation of Mr. Pham Duy Hung as Chairman of BOD of the Company from February 01, 2022.
2. Approving the appointment of Mr. Pham Duy Hung as Deputy Chairman of BOD of the Company from February 01, 2022.
3. Approving the appointment of Mr. Tran Viet Anh, member of BOD as Chairman of BOD of the Company from February 01, 2022.
