The Board resolution dated January 28, 2022, the BOD of Duong Hieu Trading and Mining Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approving the resignation of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong Loan as Head of the Internal Audit of the Company from February 01, 2022.
2. Approving the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong Loan as Chief Accountant of the Company from February 01, 2022.
3. Approving the resignation of Mr. Ha Huy Thuyet as Chief Accountant of the Company from February 01, 2022.
