OGC: Information on the trading of OCH shares

On December 27, 2021, Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (OGC) received the announcement dated December 22, 2021 from the Investigative Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security about the results of the verification of the case. Accordingly, OGC was requested to suspend all volatility (transfer transactions, purchase, sale, etc.) for the shares of OCH Hospitality & Service Join Stock Company owned by OGC.
