TLD: Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2021

Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company announces  the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2021 dated December 23, 2021 as follows:

1)      Approving the policy on the construction of Thang Long Industrial Plywood Factory in Bac Kan. Total investment: VND350 billion.

2)      Approving another private placement of shares replacing the one which was adopted in the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

-          Estimated issue volume: 38,000,000 shares

Of which:

• 10,000,000 shares to be offered to strategic investors;
• 28,000,000 shares to be offered to professional investors.

-          Total estimated issue value (at par value): VND380 billion.

-          Offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Estimated issue date: in Quarter I of 2022 and after the State Securities Commission approves.

3)      Approving to adjust some business lines of the Company.

4)      Approving the report on Quang Binh Plant.

5)      Approving the regulations on online general meeting of shareholders and e-voting.
