PXS: PXS still in the supervision status

On August 19, 2021, Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company (symbol: PXS) disclosed the 2021 semi-annual reviewed financial statements. Accordingly, the after-tax profit in the first six months of 2021 was 2.36 billion dongs, the undistributed after-tax profit on July 30, 2021 was -362.12 billion dongs. The auditor gave an unqualified opinion on the 2021 semi-annual reviewed financial statements.

HOSE continues to remain the supervision status for the stock PXS because the Company’s financial statements from 2018 to 2020 have qualified opinions by auditors.
