1)      Approving to pay remaining cash dividend for 2020:

-          Payment date: October 22, 2021.

2)      Approving the time to hold the Extraordinary General Meeting 2021:

-          Record date: September 22, 2021

-          Meeting date: 8:30, October 21, 2021
