MSB: Approved the public auction of contributed capital in MSB AMC

The Board resolution dated August 24, 2021, the BOD of Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the following contents:

1)      The cancellation of the Board resolution dated December 24, 2020 regarding the transfer of the whole of contributed capital in Maritime Bank Asset Management Company Limited (MSB AMC).

2)      The public auction of the whole of contributed capital in Maritime Bank Asset Management Company Limited (MSB AMC) to divest and restructure the investment portfolio.
