    The Board resolution dated August 24, 2021, the BOD of MB Securities Joint Stock Company approved the unconvertible bond issuance in 2021 for the third time with the issuance plan as follows:

-          Issuer: MB Securities Joint Stock Company

-          Total value of issue: VND200 billion

-          Number of phases of issuance: 01 phase

-          Bond term: 24 months from the issuance date

-          Par value: VND1,000,000,000/bond

-          Bond type: non-convertible bond, unsecured and without warrants

-          Bond form: book entry

-          Interest payment term: Once every three months.
