PTB: BOD resolution dated June 21, 2021 The Board resolution dated June 21, 2021, the BOD of Phu Tai Joint Stock Corporation approved the following issues:
1) Approving the time to distribute bonus shares to existing shareholders from the treasury shares source:
- Distribution time: July 20, 2021
- Place of payment:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: to implement the procedures at Phu Tai Joint Stock Corporation (Address: Phu Tai Building, 278 Nguyen Thi Dinh, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh.)
2) Approving the distribution of fractional shares, undistributed shares from the bonus shares issuance to existing shareholders from the treasury shares source:
- Expected issue volume: 2,540,260 shares
- Number of shares to distributed to shareholders: 2,536,688 shares
- Fractional shares and undistributed shares: 3,572 shares; Of which:
+ Fractional shares: 1,165 shares
+ Undistributed share: 2,407 shares
- Distributed object: Phu Tai Joint Stock Corporation Labor Union
- Distribution method: to transfer rights of 3,572 shares in PTB’s account via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
