KDH: Board resolution On June 21, 2021, The BOD of Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company announces the following issues:
1) Approving the result of stock issuance to pay dividend:
- Number of shares expected to be issued: 55,880,657 shares
- Number of distributed shares: 55,879,850 shares; Of which:
+ Number of shares to distribute to shareholders: 55,879,850 for 11,009 shareholders;
+ Number of fractional shares: 807 shares (canceled).
2) Approving the end of stock issuance ESOP: 8,400,000 shares
3) Stock issuance under ESOP and dividend payment:
Increasing charter capital from 5,786,572,190,000 dongs to 6,429,370,690,000 dongs.
