VPI: Board resolution on share purchase at Tran Viet

On December 25, 2020, the Board of Directors of Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company approved to receive the transfer of a part of the stake at Tran Viet Real Estate Investment Trading Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company will receive 2,744,000 shares, accounting for 49% charter capital of Con Khuong Investment Co., Ltd.
