LGL: Board resolution on agreements with related parties

On December 21, 2020, the Board of Directors of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development JSC (Long Giang Land) approved to guarantee the payment obligation for Rivera Investment Joint Stock Company, a company in Long Giang Land’s Group, related to bonds with the total value of VND150 billion which Rivera Investment Joint Stock Company will issue in 2020 - 2021.
