DBT: The record date for stock issuance

On December 24, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.2128/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of BenTre Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (stock code: DBT) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: January 05, 2021

-          Record date: January 06, 2021

1. Purpose:  A stock issuance to increase its share capital from the owner’s capital.
2. Detailed contents:

-       Exercise ratio: 20:1

-       Estimated issue volume: 676,440 shares

-       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.

-       Place of implementation:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at BenTre Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company.
