VSH: Board resolution on a share issue to the public

The Board of Directors of Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company (VSH) approved to implement the plan for issuing shares to the public as follows:

-          Issuer: Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company

-          Stock code: VSH

-          Par value: VND10,000

-          Outstanding volume: 206,241,246 shares

-          Estimated issue volume: 30,000,000 shares

-          Estimated issue value: VND300,000,000,000

-          Estimated outstanding volume after the share issue: 236,241,246 shares

-          Time of implementation: in 2020 and Quarter 1 of 2021

-          Exercise ratio: 55:8 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 55 rights will be entitled to buy 8 new shares.)

-          Estimated issue price: VND10,000/share

-          How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares bought by each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share and the shares refused to buy (if any) will be offered to other investors.
