TGG: Board resolution on the termination of audit contract

On December 22, 2020, the Board of Directors of Truong Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (stock code: TGG) decided to terminate the audit contract with Nhan Tam Viet Auditing Company dated June 08, 2020 because Nhan Tam Viet Auditing Company did not agree on the time to audit TGG's financial statements for fiscal year ended on December 31, 2020.
