SMC: BOD resolution dated December 30, 2020

The Board resolution dated December 30, 2020, the BOD of SMC Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the business plan in 2021:

-          Output:      1,350,000 tons

-          Profit after tax: 160 billion dongs.

2)      Approving the resignation of Mrs. Doan Thi My Le as Chief Accountant of the Company from January 02, 2021.

3)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Van Lam as aChief Accountant of the Company from January 02, 2021.

4)      Approving the holding of Annual General Meeting 2021:

-          Meeting time: April 24, 2021

-          Meeting venue: Notice later

-          Record date: Notice later.
