MCG: Signing a loan contract

The Board resolution dated December 29, 2020, the BOD of Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company approved the signing of a loan contract with lenders (including: internal person, related parties, related person with internal person) to pay the contractors for the construction of Ban Mong, Binh Long, Nam Hoa 1 and Tan My project with the limit to VND 50 billion.
