NAV: Decision on tax penalties

Nam Viet Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated October 30, 2020 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

-          Penalty for false declaration: VND 3,701,885

-          Corporate income tax arrears: VND 9,017,412

-          Value added tax arrears: VND 9,492,013

-          Late payment: VND 6,567,713.
