HTV: Board resolution on land lease

On November 23, 2020, the Board of Directors of Logistics Vicem Joint Stock Company (stock code: HTV) approved the following issues:

-          The Board of Directors authorized the CEO to carry out procedures with the authorities to sign a land lease contract at Km7, Ha Noi Highway, Truong Tho ward, Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh city;

-          The Board of Directors authorized the CEO to carry out procedures with the authorities to obtain shareholders’ written opinions/ extraordinary meeting on the transfer of the company's address to Km7, Ha Noi Highway, Truong Tho ward, Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh city.
