LDG: Information on purchasing the treasury shares

On November 27, 2020, LDG Investment Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 390,040 shares

-   Number of shares registered to buy: 375,200 shares

-   Purpose: to recover shares as treasury share from the employees resigned that participated in the stock issuance under ESOP 2018-2019.

-   Expected trading period: December 2020

-   Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
