HID: Board resolution on an agreement with a subsidiary

On November 10, 2020, the Board of Directors of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company approved an agreement with subsidiary VKT - Hoa An Solar Plant Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Content: to provide a loan with the value no more than 10 billion dongs to VKT - Hoa An Solar Plant Joint Stock Company;

-          Purpose: to implement Hau Giang Solar Plant Project.
