MCG: Board Resolution No.04

According to Board Resolution No.04/2020/NQ-HDQT dated November 09, 2020, the Board of Directors approved to decrease the ownership ratio of Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company in ANPHA Hydro Electric Investment Joint Stock Company from 51% to 46% charter capital of ANPHA Hydro Electric Investment Joint Stock Company.
