HPX: Resolution on the EGM 2020

Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2020 dated October 10, 2020 with the following contents:

1.The EGM approved the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dong as member of BOD for the term 2018 – 2023.

2.The EGM approved the additional election of Mr. Do Danh Tri as member of BOD for the term 2018 – 2023.

3.The EGM approved the list of members of BOD for the term 2018 – 2023, including:

-          Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong:        Deputy Chairman of BOD

-          Mr. Pham Minh Tuan:              Deputy Chairman of BOD
