The Board resolution dated September 07, 2020, the BOD of Thu Dau Mot Water Joint Stock Company approved to buy 14,437,500 shares of BWE to ensure the ownership ratio of 38.5% charter capital of Thu Dau Mot Water Joint Stock Company (TDM) in Binh Duong Water Environment Joint Stock Company (BWE), and time of implementation in September 2020.
