On September 04, 2020, Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 0 share

-   Number of shares registered to buy: 16,200 shares

-   Purpose: to buy shares as treasury shares from the employees resigned.

-   Expected trading period: from September 16, 2020 to September 18, 2020

-   Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
