On September 17, 2020, the Board of Directors of Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company approved a plan for issuing shares to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP):

5)      Outstanding volume: 53,444,482 shares

8)      Total issue value: VND25,000,000,000.

9)      Issue ratio (Expected issue volume/Total volume): 4.68%

10)  Implement date: in 2020
