Total value of shares expected to be issued (according to par value): VND 103,572,290,000 9. Rate of issue (number of shares expected to be issued/ number of outstanding shares): 0.15 10. Capital source: Fund for investment and development of the company 11. Record date for the share issue: 25 Sep 2020 The company will announce information about the record date for the share issue as prescribed by the regulations. 12. Method of handling odd-lot shares: number of shares issued to increase the Company’s equity from owner’s equity that each shareholder receives will be rounded down to unit digit. The decimal (if any) will be cancelled.
