SBSI: Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting

According to the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting dated August 05, 2020, the shareholders of Stanley Brothers Securities Incorporation (SBSI) approved the supplementation of the Company’s business activities with Securities Underwriting. The Company will perform Securities Underwriting activities after getting permission from the State Securities Commission.
