DIG: BOD resolution dated July 31, 2020

The Board resolution dated July 31, 2020, the BOD of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (DIC Corp) approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the policy to increase contribution capital of DIC Corp in DIC Tourism, the value of additional contribution capital is equal to the value of a part of the property on the financial statements of DIC T&T as of July 31, 2020. After the capital contribution completes, charter capital of DIC Tourism will be adjusted to increase correspondingly with the value of additional contributed capital of DIC Corp.

2)      Approving the adjustment of planning a merger between T&T and DIC Corp.
