On July 31, 2020, Fecon Corporation issued a decision to approve capital contribution to establish subsidiary with the following details:

-          Company name: Fecon Human Resources Com Ltd

-          Address: Floor 16^th, CEO Tower, lot HH2, Me Tri Ha Urban Area, Pham Hung Street, Me Tri Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Ha Noi.

-          Charter capital: VND 1,500,000,000 (FCN contributed 100% charter capital of Fecon Human Resources Com Ltd)

-          Establishment time: Quarter 3/2020.

-          To appoint Mr. Vu Phi Truong as the representative of contributed capital of Fecon Corporation in Fecon Human Resources Com Ltd.
