D2D: Board resolution on investment cooperation

On August 10, 2020, the Board of Directors of Industrial Urban Development Joint Stock Company No.2 agreed to cooperate with Dong Nai Housing Trading Joint Stock Company (the firm is related to Mr. Thai Vu Doai, a Board Member).

-       Project: Investment and business cooperation in the construction of 45 terraced houses

-       Location: Buu Long ward, Bien Hoa city

-       Contract value: less than 35% of the Company’s total assets in the latest audited financial statements.
