GAS: Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders

According to the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders under the form of absentee voting dated August 10, 2020, shareholders of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation allowed PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation to declare and pay the entire gas price difference to the State budget for the amount of gas sold by PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation for power production from March 20, 2019.
