PSI: Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2020 Petro Vietnam Securities Incorporated announces the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2020, which was convened on June 10, 2020, as follows:
1) Approving the reports on business performance in 2019.
2) Approving the business plan for 2020.
3) Approving the audited financial statements in 2019.
4) Approving the report of the Board of Directors.
5) Approving the report of the Board of Supervisors.
6) Approving the report of the Board of Supervisors on business results, activitives of the Board of Directors and the Directorate in 2019.
7) Approving the document on the selection of audit firm for auditing the listed company's financial statements in 2020.
8) Approving the remuneration fund.
9) Approving the profit distribution plan for 2019.
10) Approving the amendment to the Company's Charter.
