SPM: Reminded of holding Annual General Meeting 2020

On July 07, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) reminded S.P.M Corporation to convene Annual General Meeting 2020. However, until the present, HOSE has not received any announcement of record date for holding Annual General Meeting 2020 from S.P.M Corporation.

Therefore, in order to ensure shareholders’ interests, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) reminded for the second time and asked S.P.M Corporation to convene Annual General Meeting 2020 as well as send an explanation document for the delay of Annual General Meeting before July 27, 2020.
