CLW: Board resolution on a water meter purchase contract

Cho Lon Water Supply Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated July 03, 2020 as follows:

The Board of Directors unanimously allowed Cho Lon Water Supply Joint Stock Company to sign a contract to purchase 350 water meters from N.T.P Trading Co. Ltd. with the total value of 3,726,800,000 dongs (10% VAT included).
