VGC: VGC receives the public tender offer from GEX

On July 02, 2020, Viglacera Corporation - JSC (stock code: VGC) received an official document on public tender offer for VGC shares from Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: GEX). Accordingly, Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation expects to purchase 95,000,000 VGC shares in order to raise the owning ratio to 46.15%.
