CKG: BOD resolution on the second stock dividend for 2019

The Board resolution dated July 01, 2020, the BOD of Kien Giang Construction Investment Consultancy Group approved to pay second stock dividend for 2019 as follows:

-          Exercise ratio: 5% (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 05 new shares).

-          Record date: July 27, 2020

-          Payment date: expected in Q3.2020.
