On July 01, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1201/TB-SGDHCM about the change of the time to pay cash dividends for 2018 of Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint Stock Company as follows:

-          Ex-right date: April 03, 2020

-          Record date: April 06, 2020

-          Payment date: July 07, 2020 (instead of June 30, 2020).

-          Reason for change: due to the effects of Coronavirus (Covid-19) epidemic, this has delayed the company's cash collection process. So, the company has not yet arranged in time to pay dividends to shareholders on June 30, 2020.
